Who we want
We’re only interested in experience: marketing managers and consultants with at least five years of experience in the industry, to be precise. You’ll be ambitious and motivated, and preferably have experience in working with SMEs. You must have had sole responsibility for at least one company’s marketing strategy, and made it a success.

Presentation and notification of interest
If you fit our criteria, we’ll arrange to give you a presentation on the franchise. We’ll go into detail about how we work. If you like what you see and hear and you are seriously interested in becoming an associate consultant, notify us to arrange an interview.
You will meet Managing Director of Opportunity Marketing, Ian Kirk, for an interview. Here we’ll establish whether you have the skills and expertise required for the role. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and discuss the finer points of the arrangement. It is also important that the interview establishes how the opportunity fits in with your career plans. If we decide you’re right for the franchise, we’ll give you an offer that you can choose to accept or decline.
Payment of fees
Before we give you access to our company secrets and client database, the payment of fees must be arranged. You’ll pay the start-up fee and the first month’s licence fee.
Next, you’ll be given two days of training at our headquarters in Leeds. Here you’ll gain access to all the documents and systems you’ll need to start trading under the franchise agreement.
After training, you’re ready to begin trading as an Opportunity Marketing associate consultant. Start contacting clients and establishing relationships – you’ll soon begin to reap the rewards!
In your first six months as part of the franchise, you’ll receive monthly reviews and weekly calls where we provide support, advice and answers to your queries. After this period, you’ll continue to receive quarterly reviews, but support will always be available if you require it.
