All 10 modules are delivered online through our learning portal.  At its base price this is purely an online course.  However there is an option to upgrade any license for an additional £700 +VAT to access some 121-marketing mentoring support to sense check the strategy and advise on implementation.  This is inclusive of 8 hours of support accessed in time chunks to suit the franchisee and their needs (i.e. 8 x 1-hour, 4 x 2-hour, 2 x 4-hour, 1 x full day).  We recommend this being an additional fee, franchisees pay themselves directly if they feel it is needed/beneficial.
